Todd has degrees in Law, Arts and Architectural Studies. He commenced practice as a lawyer in 2000. Todd has worked as a Judges' Associate in the Federal Court of Australia working primarily on native title, migration and trade practices matters. While working in both small and medium sized private practices Todd had developed a focus on criminal defence, personal injuries litigation and general civil litigation. He has regularly conducted trials in the Magistrates and District Court as well as appearing as counsel in Magistrates' Appeals in the Supreme Court. In 2006 Todd moved to Moore Law where he worked extensively in criminal defence, personal injuries, general civil litigation and workers' compensation. In 2009 he commenced practice as a barrister at Wright Chambers, completed the Bar Readers' Course and developed hiscourtroom advocacy skills. He conducted many trials in the Magistrates and District Court as well as appeals to the Supreme Court. In addition, Todd appeared for clients in a number of professional Disciplinary Tribunals. Todd has returned to practice at Moore Law and runs a broad practice, again with a focus on criminal defence, general civil litigation, personal injuries and workers' compensation matters. He enjoys living in the Adelaide Hills with his family and working in Strathalbyn.
