Jane’s first qualification was in Social Work. As a Social Worker Jane was employed by State Government welfare and health departments in positions mostly with a focus on families and children. Jane gained a Graduate Certificate in Family Mediation in 1996 and established the Mediation service at Centacare. She also worked for a year as a counsellor and mediator at the Family Court. Jane has considerable experience in assisting people to resolve Family Law issues concerning children and property. In 2005 Jane completed a Bachelor of Law with Honours and began working at Moore Law. Jane is married to Jeremy Moore and since his appointment to the Guardianship Board in April 2008 she has become the principal at Moore Law. Jane works predominantly in the area of wills and estates and some family law and domestic partners law. Areas of Practice
