If you are an employee and suffer a work related injury or illness you will be entitled to make a workers compensation claim. Work Cover is the statutory corporation that administers the workers compensation scheme in South Australia. Employers Mutual is the organisation that manages Work Cover Claims. Comcare administers a scheme for Commonwealth Employees who have an injury at work. Both schemes have an emphasis on rehabilitation and return to work wherever possible.
