Powers of Attorney and Guardianship |

There are a variety of powers, sometimes referred to as ‘Advance Directives’ that can be given to others to manage different parts of your life for you when you are unable to do so yourself and before you become legally incapacitated. It is important that enduring guardianship and enduring powers of attorney are in the correct legal form. For the person holding the power of attorney to deal with land the document must be registered.
