When a marriage breaks down Moore Law can assist you to resolve children and property matters. We can file documents and represent you at Court. If you and the other party have decided that you do not want to go to Court you should ask about our mediation service.

It is now a requirement of the Family Law Act that you have a certificate from a registered dispute resolution provider before you start child related proceedings in the Family Courts. Moore Mediation can issue those certificates.
